This research investigates the influence of servant leadership on employee satisfaction. Objectives are: (1) to assess the impact of servant leadership on job satisfaction, (2) to analyze employee perceptions of servant leadership, and (3) to identify key servant leadership practices that enhance satisfaction. A survey design is chosen for its ability to collect extensive data efficiently. Using Taro Yamane's formula, the sample size is 340, ensuring accuracy and reliability. The study focuses on the healthcare sector in Abuja, Nigeria, where employee satisfaction is critical. The reliability coefficient score is 0.87, reflecting robust measurement consistency. Findings reveal that servant leadership significantly enhances employee satisfaction, with practices such as empathy, listening, and support being particularly effective. Recommendations include training leaders in servant leadership principles to foster a supportive and satisfying work environment.
